TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLASSES
Your commitment is for each class of the entire session (normally 10-12 weeks), unless specifically discussed with John Strasberg Studios beforehand. The first half payment is due three months before the session begins. Final payment is due one month before the first class. There are no refunds People must pay on time. If a check bounces, you will owe what my bank charges, in addition to the class fee. Payment schedules can be arranged. Because class size is very limited, you pay for each class, whether you are absent or absent from class, including illness, professional and work reasons that require your absence. In essence, you are paying for the ongoing interactive relationship with me and the ongoing development of your creative process.
A class missed, for whatever reason, is lost and paid for.
Classes missed, for whatever reason, do not accumulate credit for future classes.
If you have to leave due to a professional commitment, your place will be guaranteed when you return (within a reasonable period of time) and credit will be given (for up to one year) as long as you notify me in advance.
You must guarantee a deposit of half the total amount to guarantee your place. This payment is due three months before the Intensive begins. Your initial engagement simplifies the organization of scenes and partners. If you choose not to use our online store and wish to pay by bank transfer, please let me know when the funds transfer has been made using the contact page. The total balance is due one month before the first day of the Intensive.
If you are unable to participate and inform John Strasberg Studios two months before the Intensive begins, John Strasberg Studios will attempt to refund your deposit, minus $ 150.00. However, we must be able to fill his space and organize the scenes for his partner and whoever he is replacing. If we cannot do this, we will not refund any of the deposits. Final payments are due one month before the Intensive begins. If you withdraw during the last month before the Intensive, there are no refunds.
